Thanks for all and any willing to help me.ĪS882010M0: Chat Support is not working. Need a solution from GoG Galaxy as Chat Support is not working. I am willing to think there are traces of MSO Account somewhere that galaxy software picks up but I am doubtful. I went to registry and deleted all traces of Galaxy that were in the startup & run now. I went to the lock folder and there are no files, deleted folder. This was way before I got to installing GoG Galaxy, and I had to do that in Administrator mode or no dice. Now initially I was forced to create a Microsoft Account (existing e-mail) for the windows installation,īut I switched to a Local Account almost immediately & deleted the MSO account. GoG Galaxy still cannot launch complaining it's running on another account on this system. The application was unable to start correctly (0x0000005). After doing this and restarting my computer I attempted to re-install GOG 2.0, since I had previously uninstalled it, and this time I was unable to launch GOG Galaxy at all. I searched online for information on this DLL file and found some thread for another game or application and the solution was to uninstall and re-install "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 2022 Redistributable (x86)" and "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 2022 Redistributable (圆4)". I noticed after uninstalling a GOG game I was no longer able to install it from GOG Galaxy and did the manual download and install as suggested by the previous poster in this thread, but noticed my game progress was not being saved or synced with the server.Ī couple weeks or months later I did more digging and found errors in my event viewer Application log, but they were related to another application referencing a DLL file. I tried uninstalling and re-installing GOG Galaxy 2.0 multiple times with no change. It seemed to be when trying to sync with the server. Not sure if this is related, but I started having problems with GOG Galaxy automatically crashing after about 30 seconds with no error message. ![]()
